THANKS TO YOU, GRIN has been able to provide support to many galgo and podenco Spanish rescue groups in 2013. This December alone, we made substantial contributions to Galgo Connection Spain, Scooby, Ibizan Hound Rescue, Galgos en Familia, 112 Carlota Galgos, Associación Protectora Argos and Galgos del Sol. Unfortunately, their needs continue as hounds, such as these pictured here, are taken in daily. All require medical attention, housing and ongoing care until they are available for adoption. As the hunting season closes in January, the rescue groups in Spain are preparing for the onslaught of abandoned and injured galgos and podencos.
